Guarantee Terms
Money-Back Guarantee.
These terms describe how the DigitallyCorp 14-day free trial and 30-day money-back guarantee work together. They govern eligible recurring marketing services only. Website launch fees and third-party expenses are addressed below.
1. Who is eligible
The guarantee applies to new customers who start an eligible DigitallyCorp monthly marketing plan (currently the Small-Business Marketing plan) with a 14-day free trial and continue as a paying customer past the trial period. One guarantee claim per customer.
2. Covered services
The refund covers your first eligible monthly marketing payment to DigitallyCorp. Covered fees are the recurring subscription price paid directly to DigitallyCorp for the marketing plan.
3. Excluded expenses (not refundable)
The following are separate from your DigitallyCorp subscription and are not refundable under this guarantee unless stated in writing:
- Advertising spend paid to third parties (Google, Meta, etc.)
- Domain registration and renewal fees
- Premium software, plugins, or subscriptions
- Stock photography, video, music, or graphic assets
- Printing, mailing, or physical production costs
- Outside vendor fees, contractor fees, or agency partner fees
- The one-time $499 All-In Website Launch fee unless the site owner has confirmed inclusion in writing
4. Cancellation during the free trial
You may cancel any time during the 14-day free trial. If you cancel before day 15 you will not be charged for the recurring plan. Cancellations are requested by emailing hello@digitallycorp.com or through your account portal when available.
5. How to request a refund
Email hello@digitallycorp.com within 30 days of your first eligible monthly payment. You do not need to provide a reason. Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
6. Ongoing use after refund
Once a refund is issued, related recurring services are canceled. Any published website will remain online only if hosting continues under a separate paid plan or is transferred to a third-party host.
7. Fair-use
DigitallyCorp reserves the right to decline the guarantee in cases of abuse, fraud, chargeback disputes, or violations of our terms of service. Approved refund requests are honored in full.
